Whether requirements engineering, reporting or the successful scaling of Scrum - this course provides you with the knowledge around the most widespread agile project management method in the world. As a Scrum Product Owner, you will use Scrum effectively in your projects and lead your team to the realization of a clear product vision.

The Scrum Product Owner Training provides you with a solid introduction to the world of the Scrum framework with a focus on the role of the Product Owner. In the training you will be prepared for the official certificate (PSPO1) of Scrum.org. You can book the exam on your own on the website www.scrum.org. An exam voucher is not included in the price. This course is based on the Scrum Guide 2020.
