With the PRINCE2 Agile® Foundation Bridge you combine the world of project management according to PRINCE2® with the world of various agile methods such as Scrum, Kanban, Lean etc. In combination, you get a hybrid project management model that covers the current requirements for projects in the best possible way.

The PRINCE2 Agile® Foundation Bridge focuses on the agile methods that can be integrated into PRINCE2® and blended into PRINCE2 Agile®.

This training does not cover basic PRINCE2® content. PRINCE2® knowledge at Foundation or Practitioner level is an absolute prerequisite.

At the end of the training you will be perfectly prepared to take the online PRINCE2 Agile® Foundation exam.

Target group

You are a project manager or employee, leader, managing director, Scrum Master, Scrum Product Owner or work in the area of project support or change management. You want to become an expert in the practical application and implementation of PRINCE2 in agile project situations and already have experience or knowledge in PRINCE2.
